| HOW TO BE ACCEPTED IN THE HOSPICE |
The House of Solidarity, the Hospice, starts with the main aim of helping all advanced cancer patients and of offering their families a warm environment, in which to hospitalize and alleviate the bad effects of this disease. All this is due to the commitment and the donations of citizens and of people who, together with ADO, consider it really important to create such a structure in the area.
Twelve rooms furnished with every comfort; a team of qualified and available doctors and nurses in a homey environment.
To enjoy this precious ADO service, it is necessary to fill out in the application form, downloadable in the Adobe Acrobat version (pdf), fast and quickly! The completed application form must be delivered directly to the hospice.

| AUTHORIZATION FORM FOR NON-RESIDENT PATIENTS |
Patients coming from other structures and other Italian regions who wants to be accepted at the House of Solidarity, can download from this site the permission for entering our structure.
You only need to fill it out and deliver it directly to the House of Solidarity. This new service is designed to be accessible also to patients from a wider geographical area, so that patients and their families can choose a suitable and welcoming hospitalization.
